Prosecutor Housel Announces Indictments Published Aug. 29, 2007 MAYS LANDING – An Atlantic County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against five Atlantic City men for allegedly arranging and videotaping a sexual encounter between City Councilman Gene Robinson and a young woman in an attempt to embarrass Robinson politically and induce him to resign his seat on City Council, Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel said. The indictment charges former City Council President Craig Callaway with two counts of conspiracy to commit criminal coercion; two counts of conspiracy to commit invasion of privacy, one count of criminal coercion, two counts of invasion of privacy and one count of tampering with witnesses. The indictment charges Atlantic City Councilman John Schultz with one count of conspiracy to commit criminal coercion, one count of conspiracy to commit invasion of privacy, one count of criminal coercion, and one count of invasion of privacy. The indictment charges Ronald Callaway, David Callaway and Floyd Tally each with one count of conspiracy to commit criminal coercion, one count of conspiracy to commit invasion of privacy, one count of criminal coercion and two counts of invasion of privacy. Floyd Tally is also charged with one count of tampering with witnesses. All charges in the indictment are crimes of the third degree which carry possible sentences of three to five years in State Prison. Chief Assistant Prosecutor James McClain presented the case to the Grand Jury on Tuesday, Housel said. The indictment was handed up to Presiding Criminal Judge Albert J.
