Ginny McCabe, 48, is the talk show host of “The Zone” on Air America Radio WTAA 1490 AM Atlantic City & Pleasantville, NJ. You can hear her show Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Southern New Jersey's only progressive talk radio program.

She hosted News Talk WOND 1400 AM, featuring local, state and national issues with a progressive perspective.

Ginny is an award winning journalist and a news photographer credentialed in New Jersey by the New Jersey Press Association, where she is an Associate Member.

Ginny’s selection of “The Forgotten Hospital,” written by the Editorial Staff of “The Oregonian” for the 1st Place Prize 2006 of the SPJ Editorial Section, was also awarded the Pulitzer Prize in the spring of 2006.

Editor in Chief 2001-Present
Ginny owned and served as the Editor in Chief of the weekly print edition, “Atlantic Sentinel” and “Atlantic County Sun” newspapers, Circ. 58,000 in Atlantic County and the online edition of the “Atlantic Daily Sentinel.”

Here Is New York
“Here is New York” featured Ginny’s photographic work from the site of the World Trade Center in New York five days after the towers fell. Her work featured the K-9 Dogs and their Handlers, along with Firefighters, who were involved in the recovery work at the World Trade Center. Her photographs were included in a special exhibition at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and were published in The Current, The Atlantic Daily Sentinel, The Boston Herald and the Ann Arbor News.
Her independent crime and accident scene photography has been published in the Press of Atlantic City.
